Time to slow down, tune in and enjoy how much your baby is already communicating.

Attune brings together touch, singing, shared attention, sensory experiences and responsive play in a thoughtfully prepared space. Simple gestures are used naturally alongside words and songs.

Gentle and restorative at the beginning and end, with a joyful, bouncier moment in the middle—so both babies and grown-ups leave feeling connected. With only 6–8 babies in each class, Caroline can notice, respond to and build a relationship with every family.

A calm arc, with joy at its centre.

Each session follows a familiar rhythm, helping babies feel secure while giving families ideas they can use naturally at home.

  1. 01

    Arrive gently

Settle onto the mats, breathe and notice your baby.

  2. 02

    Connect & explore

Touch, gaze, simple gestures, sensory experiences and carefully chosen objects.

  3. 03

    Move with joy

Singing, musical instruments and live, responsive music shaped around the babies at key moments.

  4. 04

    Finish slowly

A soft landing, a moment to reconnect and something to take home.

Made for family time.

Parents, dads, partners and co-parents are warmly welcomed. A baby’s place includes up to two grown-ups, so nobody has to miss the small moments that matter.

Expert knowledge, held lightly.

Attune was created by Caroline, an experienced early-years educator and doctoral trainee educational psychologist. She spent 12 years as a nursery teacher, two years leading a maintained nursery school and three years as Assistant Headteacher for Pastoral Care in a large London primary school.

With a Master’s degree in Psychology of Education, Caroline brings a deep understanding of communication, relationships and child development—translated into warm, practical moments to enjoy with your baby.

Attune grew from the meeting point between Caroline’s professional experience and her own experience of early parenthood.

“Development is not a checklist to race through. It begins in the everyday moments when a baby and their grown-up feel seen.”

Frequently asked questions

What age is Attune Baby for?

The first classes are designed for babies aged 3–12 months. As Attune grows, age-specific groups for younger and older babies will follow.

What happens during a session?

Parents are guided to interact through touch, singing, showing and exploring objects, simple gestures, sensory experiences, musical instruments, shared attention and anticipation. As a pianist, Caroline provides live, responsive music at carefully chosen points in each session.

Can two adults come?

Yes. Attune is framed as a family class, and each baby’s place includes up to two parents or carers.

How many babies are in each class?

Classes are intentionally limited to 6–8 babies. This keeps the atmosphere calm and gives Caroline time to connect with each family, respond to individual babies and make every session feel personal.

Will the classes be very quiet?

They begin and end calmly, with playful songs, rhythm and a bouncier shared moment in the middle. Calm does not mean silent—it means considered.
